tumblr
Yeah - a website, a platform... social media, practically!
(It is an alternative to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest --- heck, maybe even this very blog site itself and its many lookalikes on the blogosphere out there...!!!)
tumblr... it is!!!
So, yeah - basically and as quickly as can be to the point now:
I have taken to update (quite a lot) that tiny corner
of tumblr that is mine (the luminous tumblr)
and that has diminished exponentially
the updates here - and all across the "TLB Prime Network"
that we'd established here, on Blogger, but also on
WordPress... Bravenet... GeoCities (used to be)...
MySpace (used to be...?)... MSN Spaces (used to be!)...
Yuwie (ugh)... IMDB even...
AND LOTS MORE TIME (AS I) FORGOT!!!
AND THAT... in turn... MEANS THAT THE GREAT
"TOPICAL APPROACH" that I had come up with
-all throughout the network, in time-
where there was a blog for each and every topic,
basically; nothing got mish-mashed!
WELL... that is a thing of the past.
Because, of course, on tumblr
everything gets thrown in together -
it tumble dries (!) and comes out a bit...
on the minimalistic side BUT we like it
as it is a format that never gets too...
wordy or too tired or too controversial.
THE NO-TITS CLAUSE keeps us... ah, tidy?
... so... YEAH... NO... tumblr is not "dead"
WE USE IT!
